Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data — your email address, display name, and (if you sign in with Google or GitHub) your name and avatar from that provider.
• Profile data you choose to give us — birthday (used only to tailor training guidance to your age), sex, bodyweight, goal, and any health notes you write for the coach. All of these are optional.
• Training data — your programs, logged sets, PRs, and body metrics. This is the product; it exists so the app can compute your progression.

How AI features use your data

The coach and the AI program builder send relevant slices of your training data, profile, and health notes to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. We send only what a request needs, and Anthropic does not train on API data. Your conversations with the coach are stored in your account so you can revisit them.

Where your data lives

Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres) and protected by row-level security — your rows are readable only by your account. The app is hosted on Vercel.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't share it with advertisers.
• We don't show your birthday, health notes, or metrics to anyone but you.

Your controls

You can edit or clear your profile fields anytime in Settings. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we'll remove everything.
