The service

Clean Set is a workout tracking app with computed progression targets and AI coaching features. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

Clean Set is a training log, not a medical service. Progression targets, coach responses, and AI-generated programs are informational tools — they are not medical advice, and no AI output should be treated as a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. Training carries inherent risk: listen to your body, stop if something hurts, and consult a physician before starting a program, especially if you have a medical condition.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Keep your credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Your training data is yours. We store and process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Fair use

AI features (the coach and the program builder) have usage limits on the free tier. Attempting to abuse, resell, or automate access to these features may result in limits or account closure.

Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be noted in the app. You can stop using Clean Set anytime and request deletion of your data.

Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean Set is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its outputs.
